What is included with my ShotKam purchase?
Each ShotKam comes with a built-in 12-gauge mounting bracket, a protective carrying case, a USB charging cable, a wall adapter, and a spare tool kit. Additional mounting brackets for other gauges or rail systems are sold separately.
How long does the battery last during a shoot?
The ShotKam features an intelligent accelerometer that only records when it senses the action of your gun closing or a recoil. In 'Normal Recording Mode,' the battery typically lasts between 4 to 5 hours of continuous use.
Does ShotKam offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days via premium carriers. Please note that customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local government upon arrival.
What is your return policy and money-back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your ShotKam for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Is the camera waterproof for hunting in wet conditions?
The ShotKam is 100% weather-resistant and built for the outdoors. It is designed to withstand rain, snow, and mud; however, it is not submersible and should not be used for underwater filming.
Do I need an internet connection to view my videos?
No internet is required. The ShotKam creates its own internal Wi-Fi signal, allowing you to connect directly to your smartphone or tablet via our mobile app to download and review shots instantly in the field.
