Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packaging and all accessories.

  Ship the Device

  Securely pack your ShotKam and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our inspection facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
